Largest Carnival for the Largest Rodeo-Houston Rodeo Carnival

2013 Houston Rodeo Carnival

Among the many different Houston Rodeo attractions and events, the Houston Rodeo Carnival is the most popular with families and children. Not found anywhere else in Texas, the rodeo Houston carnival features La Grande Wheel, not just the biggest ferris wheel in Houston, TX, but the largest carnival ferris wheel in the western hemisphere.

Like all great carnivals and fairs, the RodeoHouston™ carnival also great eats including favorites such as funnel cakes, cotton candy, caramel apples and all sorts of interesting fried foods. Want to get to the other side of the rodeo carnival in Houston? Take the Sky Ride gondola for a 1700 foot ride from Kids Country to the other side of the festival and get off near the Reliant Stadium where the Houston Rodeo concerts take place each night. The 58 foot high views will allow you to survey the Houston, TX Rodeo fairgrounds.

Kids Country Carnival is a special area of the HoustonRodeo Carnival just for younger children and has carnival rides and games geared just for them including lots of games with prizes for the little ones to remember their rodeo Houston carnival experience.

Spring Break Stampede

During the final week of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo students are encouraged to live it up with extended carnival hours with the Carnival opening at 1PM.
